    2) How do I check the status of my order?

    You will receive an acknowledgment of your order by email.

    If you are logged in, you may click on Orders at the bottom of the page under My Account for order details and shipping information.

    3) Can I make a return or an exchange?

    Returns and Exchanges are not accepted.

    5) How do I submit my artwork?

    Once your order is placed, please forward your order confirmation and artwork to kbrown@apexadv.com.


    6) What kind of art is acceptable?

    For most orders, we require clean vector artwork. This typically comes in the form of .AI or .EPS files. Some PDF’s may be vector as well.


    7) Can I place an order and not add my company’s logo?

    Should you choose not to have your logo on the product, please leave us a note in the comments field that you will not be supplying your company’s logo and we can continue to

    process the order.


    8) How do I access my budget?

    Your budget is tied to a pre-designated login account. Once you login, you should see your budget balance at the top right corner of the home page.


    9) What does my corporate budget cover?

    Your corporate budget will cover the price of the product, freight, and tax. Should you exceed the dollar amount of your budget, you will be responsible for 100% of the overage

    amount and will be prompted for a credit card.


    10) How long does my order take to ship?

    Lead time varies depending upon the different product types. Orders typically take 12 business days to produce after prompt approval.


    11) Are there any additional prices not listed on the site?

    No, the price on the site includes your decoration cost. The only additional charges not included in the item price would be freight and tax.


    12) Do I have to meet the minimums dictated on the site?

    The minimums listed on the site are the lowest minimum order quantities we can offer. This is set forth by the factory and unfortunately cannot be changed.
